Denmark May Allow Longer Gas Extraction in North Sea
The Danish government is open to reviewing a request to extend gas work at the Tyra field until 2050.

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Denmark may allow more gas work in the North Sea. Energy firm TotalEnergies wants to stay at the Tyra field until 2050 instead of 2042. The government is now open to look at this request.
Denmark set plans before to stop fossil fuel production. However, this step could help keep the power supply stable. It may also impact long-term utility bills for local homes and shops.
