The bridge links Amager in Greater Copenhagen to Malmö in Sweden. Many local residents cross the border to work, shop, or visit. Peak summer movement has led to busy roads on this key route.
If you plan to travel to Southern Sweden, expect heavy traffic. Allow extra time for your trip during peak summer travel periods.
