New Housing Rules Set for Copenhagen and Frederiksberg

/ DANGDI / DANGDI / DANGDI /Denmark updated its government plan for 2026. New city plans in Copenhagen can now set housing rules. Frederiksberg can also use these new rules.
New building plans can reserve up to 40 percent for home buyers. They can also reserve up to 40 percent for social housing. This aims to balance city growth and keep home costs fair.
Finding a home in the city is hard for foreign residents. This new rule will change future rental and buying options in the capital.
