📍丹麦
丹麦政府奖学金 （Danish Government Scholarships For Highly Qualified Non-EU/EEA Students）
提供从本科到博士阶段全部或部分学费减免和（或）生活补助，由丹麦政府出资，由丹麦各大学自动给予符合条件的学生，学生可不必自行申请。

面向自然科学（尤其是食品科学和技术）研究生项目。
女性工科学者项目 （Women Techmakers Scholars Program）
面向在计算机科学等专业表现优异的女学生。
扶轮社奖学金 （Rotary Club scholarship）
扶轮社（Rotary Club）是依循国际扶轮的规章所成立的地区性社会团体，以增进职业交流及提供社会服务为宗旨，原则上在固定的时间及地点每周召开一次例行聚会（但每个月至少开两次例会即可）。每个扶轮社都是独立运作的社团，但皆需向国际扶轮申请通过后才可成立，通常会以所在地的城市或地区名称作为社名。——《维基百科》。

📍冰岛
冰岛的公立大学对全球学生免学费。
冰岛政府奖学金 （Icelandic Government Scholarships）

雷克雅未克大学 （Reykjavík University）多种奖学金项目
